Dear Residents,
In the context of various issues faced by the residents with regards the Treated Flush Water, the following is the summary of the Root Causes of the problem and the corresponding corrective action taken towards resolution.
Root Cause:
The Filtration System, which is part of the STP was not functioning as expected since its constituent materials had become ineffective.
Action Taken:
These materials were changed at the start of this week (30th/31st March).
Since the Flush Water Tanks (both Under Ground and Over Head), that were cleaned last week, were carrying incorrectly treated water till a few days back, these Tanks had to be cleaned again, and this task was carried out yesterday. Thereby a temporary "no water in flush" situation arose yesterday.
After all the re-cleaning, the Final Treated water was checked today and found to be okay.
Further Action:
The Final Treated Water is being routinely monitored by Facility Team.
Random checks will be performed by resident volunteers & members of Board, GOA.
In case any resident faces the issue currently or in future, please call Facility HelpDesk at [removed].
The plumber will visit your apartment to check/clean the Flush Tank.
With Regards,
Greenage Owners Association
