[Salarpuria Greenage] Bad basic services

Hello everyone

We just keep writing emails and we complaint but there is no end to this I request new goa members and salapuria to resolve this petty issues

I was not having water since morning 9 am and when  I called the plumber he said he is going for a meeting and than  after 19 to 12 times of call and follow up he came at 4 pm 
Are they labours or corporate employees everytime I call them they are in meeting or there is a big issue which happened so they can't come 
Whereas most of the time I found them making a group and chitchating same applies to security as well most of the time they are not at desk and make a grup and talk

Are they hired for this or the hard earned money we all are paying for maintainance is waste as I don't get the services as it should be provided

Really it's not even average and everytime we have to lose our patience and than escalate to get the basic plumbing and carpentry work done

Do we not have any other job than doing all non productive work???

[Salarpuria Greenage] Incident reporting

Hi Greenage Maintenance team,

I would like to report an incident which shows lack of security and safety presence again from your side.

Today my 8 year old kid was taking his brother 2 years old in his tricycle.

While they were at Juniper gas bank and going towards Ayoka, A taxi came from behind and as Kids were turning into Juniper (we live in JA704), the handle of the cycle touched the taxi.

The taxi driver got off the car and slapped my 8 year old.

There is usually a security guy sitting at the Juniper gas bank, he was not there and seems like either nobody else was there or nobody was interested in protecting kids.

As the taxi was coming from behind them (and in general), it was taxi who should have taken care of making sure that they drive with enough distance from walking kids.

Please take a note of the incident and let know what you think of this situation.

It is unacceptable that outsiders come inside the apartment and physically misbehave with kids.
