Leaking kitchen - a plea by a resident

Nine months is ample time to fix a leak - right? - Read on ...

Dear Mr. [deleted], this is regarding the leaking kitchen issue I spoke to you about, after repeated complaints since hand over for over 9 months now the water leakage issue in my kitchen is not yet resolved, time and again I have had people visiting me to fix it but has yielded no results. I have always been told that the issue is at the neighboring apartment and will be fixed but we see no action. I somehow fail to understand how a leaking kitchen in my neighbors house manages to flood my kitchen. This def looks like an engineering flaw, Mr. [deleted] - when I spoke to you a couple of days back you have given me an escalation matrix and I m following it. I have had everyone visit me and tell me that it ll be fixed in a day or two which I m positive will not happen because if it's not fixed in 9 months I don't see how it ll be fixed in two days, now I would like you to intervene and have it resolved in a day, today my kitchen flooded to an extent where the water flowed into my entire hall and I m sure you agree no body wants to live in a place such as this after the price we have paid for this apartment, so I m only asking you to find the fault and fix it at the earliest, we have had near misses of fall in a couple of occasions - leave alone my pregnancy, now with a just born kid I m even worried. Also we have too many mosquitoes and fruit flies due to this. I m sure this does not sound good to You as well! Look forward to it getting resolved by tomorrow,

Regards,
