My complaint on the same issue is numbered 485 in Apnacomplex.com complaint tab which was logged on 13th July after I waited for 5 days (this lift became defunct since 8th July) for resolution since I made phone & verbal complaint only.
It had escalated to Level 2 on 14th July & next to Level 3 on 16th July after which it became stagnant.
Help desk had responded on 14th July saying that the "Printed Circuit Board of the lift got damage due to which the lift is under maintenance. Hope we will get it ready ASAP".
Even Mr. Kiran Lewis had commented publicly on a reply to my mail listing down number of problems faced by the residents that this will get operational "within couple of days".
I don't know how our Facility Team defines "ASAP & Couple of Days" in their dictionary but the fact remains even after my second follow up mail addressed to Facility Manager & after one complete week of their inaction post his "Couple of days" commitment, Facility Manager's repeat response of "Work in Process" without any further time line commitment bears a glorious testimony to their "Efficient Facility Management" credentials.
I also agree that it is high time our GOA takes up all the infra-structural issues including this in right earnest to resolve the miseries faced by all of us.
