Kind request to all residents of greenage.
- Update your contact number in faclity office.
- Give your contact number to neighbours as well.
- Disconnect water supply to your flat if you are keeping your house closed for months together.
- Close the water supply for you water purifier,washing machine etc if your are out of station for more than a day.
- Don't close kitchen utility shaft permanently. Grill or strong door with easy access can be an option to prevent burgulary.
There was water leakage in the flat above us causing water seepage in our ceiling. After 2 days we were able to contact the owner. Still we are not sure if the issue is fixed and have no access to enter the flat. Its suspected that connection to water purifier is broken & flooded the house.
In addition to water wastage,structural damage & tension for fellow residents your flat interiors will also be spoiled with water leakage.
