Do you know that our blocks are classified as high raised buildings and special regulations and provisions are in place such as
1) Assembly points at open ground is to be assigned for assembling occupants at times of emergency.
2) CO detectors are in place with the cylindrical air circulators in basement car parks to activate automatically if CO2 level reaches dangerous levels.
3) staircases adjoining each wing is for enabling emergency exit from lift lobby to stairs downwards avoiding lifts during fire accidents.
4)specified quantity of reserve water available in the overhead tank for the wet raiser for firefighting purposes. To ensure it the delivery lines are fixed at a higher level of the Overhead tanks for general usage of water and from the bottom of the tank for firefighting purpose
5) dry raiser (water lines)is another set available for pumping sump water or other sources with special high power pumpsets
6) Smoke detectors are in place in each room of your apartment and lobbies.
Equipments are in place in ground floor to locate smoke detected upto the level of specific room of each apartment, including loud alarm.
7) sprinklers provided in every room will activate if the temperature in its surroundings goes U opt dangerous levels.
8) fire hoses are in every floor kept inside red colour glass panelled boxes normally used by firefighters and rescue team.
9) emergency phone numbers are made available inside lifts and ground floor lobby
