Dear All Owners, 5th Feb 2016
As many owners are asking me frequently regarding Khata Transfer issue, I would like to clarify the latest information to all.
We (14 Owners on 16 Jan, 15 Owners on 18 Jan and 5 Owners on 19 Jan 2016) went to BBMP office, Bommanahalli to meet the Joint Commissioner Mr. N Muniraju during public visiting hours from 3 to 5.30 PM to discuss about Khata Transfer Issue and to submit our Memorandum with 355 Greenage Owners’ signatures on three successive working days, on 16th, 18th and 19th Jan 2016. We were unsuccessful in meeting the Joint Commissioner on first two days as he was busy with his meetings.
On 3rd attempt on 19th Jan, he told us through his assistant Mr.Pradeep that he does not want to meet us. Then, from outside his office, immediately I called him on his mobile. He told me on mobile that there is nothing to discuss with us, as Salarpuria has not paid the betterment charges’ balance amount of Rs.66,77,456/-. Our Khatas transfer will be done only after Salarpuria pays that amount.”
But, we submitted our memorandum with 355 signatures of Greenage Flat Owners on that day through his Secretary.
We received BBMP’s reply in Kannada. I have given the translated version of their reply below for your perusal.

Best Regards,
Hi. What is status of khata transfer issue? I am planning to buy in Greenage then I have seen your blog. After seeing your blog, I have even inquired with marketing team, they have mentioned that bbmp has instructed to pay portion of land which belongs to oxford college and the case is pending with supreme court. I just wanted to know the actual situation. What is the response other people have got? You response will be quite helpful.
ReplyDeleteThe khata transfer issue still has not been resolved. My personal suggestion is to avoid Greenage. When you pay premium pricing, you should expect premium service.
ReplyDeleteYou are better off in any other apartment in Bangalore.
Hi, I am also planning to buy flat in greenage. I have gone through your blog and put issue with builders marketing team. They have mentioned that now khata transfer issue has been resolved. Already few people got khata.facility manager named lenin take care of khata transfer. Is this correct? I have friends who have flats in Bangalore top class builders like shobha, prestige, brigade etc, they are also facing issues like bad construction quality, bad CRM team etc. They have mentioned that during initial stage in case of multi phases project, people face these kinds of issue Iike security, dust, leakages. But once project get complete, these will resolved like prestige shantineketan, brigade metropolis, brigade gateway etc. All these builders are of same class. But as end user, we have to buy flat, so we have to choose best out from them. So, please suggest.
ReplyDeleteIt really comes down to your personal choice. I am ok with things taking time to improve but builders have to make an honest attempt towards improving facilities. I find the Greenage builder to be very non-responsive to residents' concerns. Please check with the marketing team on each of the items mentioned in this blog - Cauvery water, Khata certificate, security, GOA recognition ...etc. I doubt if they will provide proof of anything but atleast you will not be ignorant of the reality.
ReplyDeleteValueable for Information...If there is any other post related this kindly inform me...
