Block-specific concerns


  1. Elevators
 Long-term concern over quality of elevators as it seems to be of inferior quality as against those installed in other blocks
Immediate concerns with regards to safety and availability
Part of the problem due on non-availability of permanent power and part due to apathy of  facilities team; needs to be pursued on priority basis

2. Non-availability of Permanent electric power
 Arbitrary amount being charged by Facilities with no concrete date for availability of   permanent/BESCOM power
 Impacts overall availability and elevators

3. Non-operational Water Treatment Plant
 Impacting daily water

4. Traffic routing
 Signage not in place and no clear provision for 2-wheeler parking

5. Piped Gas
 Facilities waiting on sufficient number of piped gas applicants; all owners/residents requested to  submit their applications at the earliest

6. Non-availability of Intercom, Door phone, mailboxes, notice boards, etc.
 Project deliverables to be taken up with Shivkumar and other project coordinators

7. Apartment lobby signages
 Missing signages within the campus

General concerns

8. Construction sound till late nights and early mornings

9. Water inlet covers at ground-level

10. Rats in chute rooms and basements

11. Mobile booster required

12. CCTV coverage

13. Children’s play area
