It has been 5 days since I sent this email and there has not been any acknowledgement for a complaint raised for above 30 customers . I doubt if you understand the meaning of customer care or priority.
I have been speaking to Mr.Satya and he tells me that he has escalated to higher level and there is no response from them.
There are already numerous customers who have moved out of ACT in Greenage and we residents are taking steps to move as an entire community to different service provider .
Having said, I still hope that you will respond and take corrective action to resolve the issue.Numerous residents have raised complaints and also unfairly spent amounts to reset FUP. I m sure/hope you understand and know you no longer hold monopoly for Internet services.
I am told that the addressed email id is read by the CEO of ACT. If yes, would be really interesting to see how a CEO will respond or ACT on the situation. Looking forward.

We have spoken at length on the incorrect broadband data usage issue faced across Greenage connections.
I am attaching the consolidated flat / mobile numbers as on today. Almost everyone tells me with all confidence that they havnt used the data as shown and many times even when they are not at home. For instance , in my case yesterday it showed me 4 GB used and today it shows 6.47 GB. I have no clue where almost 2.5 GB got used up in a day as I dint use internet apart from whatsapp for the whole day.
This , as we discussed , is a very serious issue and many residents I have spoken to have moved to either BSNL or Airtel . This definitely is not a solution and many of us have already paid ACT for half yearly/ yearly packages. Act customer care is almost hopeless and no solution is received .
I really need you to take up this issue seriously and resolve with high priority. Effected number of flats are 31 as per data collected so far. This number is not a joke and so many of us cannot be wrong about the issue noted.
I trust that you are putting your efforts in this direction and we really need to see a solution fast.
Please keep me posted on how you are going about it. I also request you to escalate to higher level and mark me a copy so that I can correspond with them and we can arrange a meeting with effected Greenage residents.
