Some insensitive idiot has thrown a bunch of cigarette butts into our terrace (BB 101). So, people living above us in the column of BB 01 , learn to behave. Stop this nonsense.

we are facing same problem almost daily since the day we moved here. the brand of cigarette smoked is among the costliest but the mentality of the person is really cheap.
we sometimes also find rice/bread and rotis. made numerous requests but that hardly made any effect. looks like some people enjoy littering others home/life. God bless them.
Sincere request to Whoever is doing this please stop it. we have a toddler playing a lot on the terrace and many times he has picked up these butts and we some how took it away from him.

I always share the same pain. Still some flat between 14th to 18th in Oak-A keeps using my terrace for cigarette and match stick dump. I have already personally went to each apartment and told to take care of it. But there are still shameless people who does have any respect for himself and keeps doing it.
Author's suggestion: Is it not possible for the affected folks to go to the opposite block/wing (which has direct line of sight to their terrace) and request an owner to let them install a CCTV camera for 24/48 hours temporarily. It would be then possible to identify the miscreants and take suitable action (public shaming included). Maybe even the mere mention or discussion of this technique may scare people into compliance.
