[Salarpuria Greenage] DOGS ALMOST KILLED ME

Hello.. Probably I would have been in hospital or something but god saved me...Greenage basement has become a shanty jungle.. 
 
I was repairing my Royal Enfield in juniper basement yesterday... There were few stray dogs sitting at a distance, which are always in basements wrangling here and there..heard usual barking sounds but ignored and got busy with my bike...
After few minutes a growling sound came from back.. I turned and saw 2 dogs had cornered me and were ready to pounce, they were growling like shit... I got up quickly and threw my sandal and shouted and shooed them away...I hushed back home. 
 
I don't want to think what would have happened if a young one was in a situation like this.. 
Be aware and cautious of your surroundings whenever you enter basement and accompany your kids along if possible... 
 
The need of the hour is that Greenage facility must hire dog catcher arrangements to curb this menace asap... They must not wait for consequences to get worse...

When informed security they are asking which floor and all
Don't u think security people should proactively do that
But whoever is doing this pls dont behave live slum people and disturb others
If u guys want to party pls do it in closed door
SS - can tht security guards proactively do  something few days back people were yelling and jumping in pool
Day by day it's really unbearable with the increase in petty issues
Personally I m tired and frustrated to face everyday a new problem

In my 1.5 years' stay in Greenage I have faced security lapse at least 50 times and complained about it to Helpdesk, Security in Charge and few times to Kiran directly, but all in vain.

Outside delivery people comes and rings my doorbell directly as early as 5:30am or as late as 11pm without any intimation either from main gate or from block reception.
The intercom phone provided is for mere display.

Every time I get the same response that "it won't be repeated" and various lame justifications.

But it gets repeated the very next day.

Notifying the entries over intercom is a standard practice in every city, even in much smaller societies. Why is it so difficult to implement in Greenage?

I stay alone and in the event of any misfortune, who will take the responsibility?

I am listing down the recent events including today morning's when no phone call was made, neither from main gate nor from block reception.

Till date, residents of Greenage have only had the pleasure of being chased or bitten by stray dogs at night or in dark areas of the basement.
Congratulations on being so ineffective that dogs now chase us even in broad daylight. Today, while my wife and three year old son were returning from the vegetable shop, three dogs chased them resulting in both of them falling and getting injuries. Thankfully, there were some good safari tans around who came swiftly to chase the dogs away before anything worse happened.
You have truly created a wonderful society thriving with malicious stray dogs and I congratulate you for creating a great environment for them at the cost of residents.
If it's not too much of a hassle for you, is there anyway you could spend some time ensuring something is done to ensure that movement of dogs from the construction site is completely restricted?

Loud noise from water tank or lift - MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW!

This is my 6th mail on this issue and till date, even after more than 60 days have passed, no resolution has been provided.

There was specific discussion in presence of Mr. Yogeswar about 
- elevator servicing,
-  further investigation of the remaining shafts for any loose joints and 
- enquiry of any after hour civil work in any neighbouring apartment 
But no one has updated me about the status of the same.

Last night I could not sleep until 1am, helpdesk guys can corroborate the fact.

Facility Manager Kiran has stopped receiving my phone calls.

I demand an immediate response from either of you, with the status update of actions undertaken.
Else I will be forced to take it to social media and if needed, to authorities.

I have been patiently waiting so far but there is a limit.

Today afternoon as I visited your flat along with Technical manager Mr. Yogeshwar Rao and plumbing team we could not hear any kind of sound inside or in terrace area.  

However while inspection we found one loose pipe above your floor which we have tighten up today, same time we have requested lift service team to do thru checkup of lift room machineries.

Mr. Jayprakash,

By your own admission, most of the people visited so far (primarily security guards) are not qualified enough to identify source of the sound.
If you cared to read my emails, I have been repeatedly requesting a proper thorough investigation by a senior engineer. I never asked for 24/7 Support.

And to answer Mr. Kiran 's doubt on how come the noise is emanating from overhead tank 6 ft above, ideally it shouldn't. But unfortunately SS has not used proper reinforcement which has made the concrete hollow, leading to magnify any sound. For example, any civil work undertaken in lower floors are resonating throughout the whole block.

Nevertheless, I have again recorded the noise last night and attaching it. You can play it in your phone/computer and complete the investigation.

If you are certain it is coming from lift machinery, respective repairman should be immediately called upon. Because I have been staying in the same apartment for 1.5 years and the noise is coming only past 2 months.

On top of every single sleepless night and torture, your mail is adding insult to injury.

So far at least 30 different people have visited my flat - first of all they come after 30-40 minutes when the noise already stops or at the wee hours of night (past midnight) , when for obvious security reason I cannot let them in.

Still below people have confirmed hearing the sound- Jayprakash, Ajay, Jaskeel, Vinodh.

I am not responsible if they can't identify the source.

I am not even responsible to open the door to unknown strangers past late night and risk my safety. I still did so as a benevolence because the noise is louder at night.

I have even recorded the sound multiple times and played it to your team. 
First of all, the people visiting my house are so junior and ignorant  they don't even have the basic understanding of a structural building.

DO YOU REALLY THINK ALL TOP FLOOR RESIDENTS ARE HAVING A SYNCHRONOUS DREAM ABOUT AN IMAGINARY NOISE AND PLAYING A GAME WITH YOU RISKING THEIR HEALTH AND JOBS?????

As we received your complaint our team has visited your flat and terrace area 24/7 number of times just to check if there is any noise but even single time you could not prove that there was any sort of sound.  

We fixed mounting pads to booster pumps to stop if there is any vibration, finally even we switched off the booster pumps from 20 days where there was a chance of very little noise when it starts.

For you information tanks are also mounted above 5-6 feet’s on columns so even there is also no chance to get any noise    

Appointed Special officer at night just to reach you on call to hear if there is any noise but he is also failed to get any noise ether inside or above terrace.

As I informed you there is a senior engineer’s visit tomorrow. Please be patience till tomorrow.

Neither you bothered send a qualified person to resolve this nor you attempted to respond.

I have personally witnessed other top floor residents complaining about the same noise to your maintenance staff, some of them have apparently given multiple written complaints but you still choose to ignore it.

I have been more than cooperating all along.... I am opening the door to everyone to help them ''investigate' even as late as 1am in the night despite its a safety concern being a single lady staying alone. But all I get is hundreds if your staff coming and listening to the sound and then doing nothing. 

Demand an immediate action by assigning a qualified engineer and detailed update.

For your information, in the past 2 months at least 5 of my colleagues have backed out of buying SS property due to my negative word of mouth, your sales team can corroborate. Will continue to do so unless you show some real interest in resolving the problems.

Appreciate your effort but sorry to disappoint you that the noise has not reduced at all, in fact it has rather become louder.

Last night the noise again disturbed my sleep.

This is not acceptable.

You asked me to have patience and then came up with an ineffective solution.

You didn't even bother to actually test the noise reduction after installing the whatever device you claimed.

Request you to please stop this noise immediately and permanently.
I am very curious why this is happening suddenly, what changed in the past 1-1.5 month? Were we not using water supply from overhead storage tank earlier?

Dear Kiran,

For the last 1 month, I have been complaining to the maintenance helpline about very loud thumping noise from the overhead water tank but the problem hasn't been fixed yet.

The problem started about a month back. every time the tank is filled with water this noise comes and it lasts for almost 1.5-2hours continuously. It happens 3-4 times a day.
Day time it is still bearable though continuous thumping causes me headache. But at night, it is totally unbearable. It goes on till 2am some days.

A security guard and a plumber visited and witnessed it and both confirmed it is coming from water tank.

Every time I call maintenance Helpdesk, the plumber applies some temporary fix which stops the noise for a day or two but then it starts again.

It is half past midnight now and I am unable to sleep due to this loud noise. After calling maintenance 5-6 times, they stopped it temporarily but my sleep is spoiled by now.

Maintenance mentioned that you are aware of the problem as Oak B also apparently complained about the same issue but unfortunately no permanent action is taken yet.

I tried calling you 2 days back but as usual you didn't pick up.

Hope you understand, nobody would tolerate sleepless nights after buying a costly apartment like this. 

The noise is so loud that my lower floor neighbour from 2402 mistook it for civil work at my flat and called me to complain

So please fix this immediately and permanently.

And please don't give lame justification like "top floor flats will have this problem" - I have been staying in the same apartment for 1.5 years and this problem started only a month back.
