Dear Mr. Ryan and Mr. Kiran,
In my 1.5 years' stay in Greenage I have faced security lapse at least 50 times and complained about it to Helpdesk, Security in Charge and few times to Kiran directly, but all in vain.
Outside delivery people comes and rings my doorbell directly as early as 5:30am or as late as 11pm without any intimation either from main gate or from block reception.
The intercom phone provided is for mere display.
Every time I get the same response that "it won't be repeated" and various lame justifications.
But it gets repeated the very next day.
Notifying the entries over intercom is a standard practice in every city, even in much smaller societies. Why is it so difficult to implement in Greenage?
I stay alone and in the event of any misfortune, who will take the responsibility?
I am listing down the recent events including today morning's when no phone call was made, neither from main gate nor from block reception.
20th August - 7:45am, BigBasket
11th August - 8:30am, BigBasket
10th August - 7am, BigBasket
5th August - 7am, BigBasket
7th July -7:30pm, Amazon
7th July - 9pm, Amazon
7th July- 8:30pm, Amazon
6th July - 9:45pm, BigBasket
5th July - 7:30pm, Amazon
3rd July - 9am, BigBasket
2nd July - 12pm, DTDC
26th June -7:30pm, BigBasket
......and the list goes on.
Can you please justify why no phone call is being made despite repeated complaints and most importantly what do I need to do to get your attention?
Are you waiting for a disastrous event?
