After you informing me that you have asked Chandrika to come for the meeting, I called her now to confirm if she will come for the meeting or not, as you have asked her to come for the meeting. But she told me that Mr. Ryan has not called her, but Mr PK Mishra has already informed her to NOT discuss with residents. She has clearly told me that she will NOT come for discussion.

Moreover, you are also not coming for the meeting tomorrow. With this kind of response, I fail to see any serious willingness at all from SS management side to resolve the issue. If you really want your customer to trust and support you, please reflect that in your action first.

I do not see enough interest in both SS management and Cuddles management to resolve the problem of exorbitant charges for creche facility. Unless and until Ryan himself does not reply how to take this forward now, there is NO point of having this meeting. We can later plan our plan-B post discussion among ourselves.
