Good Afternoon

Thanks to facility team and few of friends who has discussed with BBMP
team to do a road show at our community.

29th June 2016 - BBMP is conducting a property tax work shop from 9:30
am onwards

Location - Cedor - facilities offices.

BBMP Team who is going to come tomorrow

Area Revenue Officer - Veena
Revenue inspectior - Durai Raj
Tax Inspectors - 3 people
Special Commisioner finanace BBMP - Laxmi Mahesh

Please find the enclosed property tax calculation sheet for the year
2015 -2016 & 2016-2017 as per 1345 SFT (2 BHK)

Current rate per sft charges from BBMP is Rs, 160 paisa and car
parking charges Rs, 0.80 paisa which is applicable from 1st april
2016, but in the BBMP system same rate is showing for last year (
2015-2016) also instead of 120 & 60 paisa. We will get the clarity
from BBMP Team tomorrow.

Interest will be calculated for the last year (2015 - 2016) which will
be 2 % every month.

We need to collect the property tax (2015-2016) from Salarpuria
before the registration date (need to get clarity from salarpuria).
