The issue raised was not for the fancy colour of the water body, it was about getting the water changed completely and getting the area cleaned to stop mosquito breeding. The water has been dirty and filthy for many days now. Next time please take effective steps before coming up with silly and dumb replies. DO NOT CLOSE COMPLAINTS IN APNA COMPLEX UNLESS ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

You and your facilities team are an epitome of failure on all accounts be it security of residents, prevention of theft, response to emergencies to simple tasks like cleaning the water bodies within the property regularly....

Its only a matter of time before some angry and frustrated resident sues your bunch for negligence and breach of duty. Pay heed before its too late
