Dear residents,
There were some references on what is the purpose of having an association without getting the regognition of SS.
Even though the references are smaller in number it cannot be neglected. I feel it is better to bring the some salient points listed. Also it will give a higher morale, guideline and direction to the GOA committee members and the residents at large. As at present our objects are listed by me as follows
1)needs consolidation of the desire and expectation of residents for representing ss and various other agencies
2)to collect and study various installations and prepareourselves for takeover
3) to list out leading vendors of repute and technical offers and prices for undertaking maintenance management of Greenage.
4)SOPs Rules and regulation etc. are already documented by the previous committee members needs relook and any modifications required will be incorporated
5) Apna complex is engaged by the then Coordination committee/GOA after a thorough process and selection and is now operated with minimum activities. This has shaped into the only major medium of discusion by residents, official communicator of GOA. Recently the complaint box is also enabled with escalation matrix
Yet a good number of residents and owners are not listed as members. Efforts are to be made to bring the missing residents and owners. Also more features will be opened up for the benefit of the residents
