Dear Mr. Ryan Taylor,
Please be informed that I have paid all legal dues for my flat BB-102 till end of August, 2015 & even for the month of September, 2015 I have paid maintenance @ Rs 0.45 per sft for which I have the receipt from Neelanchal Grihanirman Pvt. Ltd. In fact I should not have paid you a single penny for the period between 1st & 30th September - but it was my sheer oversight that I just went blindly by your invoice for the quarter 1st July - 30th September, 2015 to make the payment. It is also important at this stage to remind you that there is no outstanding of the LPG cost for my flat till date.
I hope you have sufficient knowledge about the DOD & just in case you are not aware let me remind you that with effect from 1st September, 2015 Neelanchal Grihanirman Pvt. Ltd does not have any legal right to claim any maintenance due for all the flats of Alpine & Birch Blocks. It is GOA which has the right of deciding who will be the service provider for maintenance of Alpine & Birch Block flats & what will be the rate for the same.
You are at your liberty to dream & build castles in air by computing arrear maintenance @ Rs 2.00 per sft for all flats of A & B Blocks from 1st September, 2015 to show an outstanding due of Rs 41,939 for my flat but let me reiterate that we are not here to satisfy your money making zeal by acceding to your illegal claim. I hope you are also aware that some of the matters related to GOA are still sub-judice & it will perhaps be prudent on your part not to make such arrear computations in black & white.
It is heartening to know that you could make an assessment of my mail comments as "Demeaning" & if it is indeed so may I request you to act so that the residents are not made to undergo such daily hassles of getting dirty water in their flush tanks clogging the plumbing lines. It is in fact there in Apnacomplex complaint record & may I request you to look back to unresolved open complaints raised by me since February, 2016 to understand the level of frustration of all of us.
I do appreciate your concluding statement "Treat people the way you want to be treated" & remind you that the available records will speak for itself to prove the same in your case.
Hope you will understand our pain..........

No water in Flush yet after 2 days.
Can you guys do some serious introspection on Neelanchal's capabilities to manage such large residential campuses.
Looks like you guys don't have any idea about functioning of things like STP, Rain water harvesting etc etc and yet you don't even seem to outsource them to agencies specializing in such things.

There may be possible blocks due to dirt accumulation in pipes. It may be prudent to call plumber on a case by case basis. That's how I did it last time when this issue happened.
