My 100 crore flat is leaking water from the roof. So much for the helipad. Feeling like staying in a shanty.
Facilities helpless.
Someone from Salarpuria please advise.
Pic attached.

I faced the same issue(leakage from bathroom) and after enumarous follow ups and requests and wait of painful 6months it took to get repaired. Still wall paint has ugly mark of those days.
So best of luck

Kiran,
Please
send an engineer immediately. There are still 2 large damp areas in
the roof surrounding the crack which I have shown to the workers.
Clearly seepage still happening from the outside.
It's
been 10 days and so far no senior official of Salarpuria let alone any
qualified engineer even bothered to visit the situation.
Only very junior workers are sent to do the patch work locally.
Just doing chipping work in the inner ceiling will not resolve the problem.
Dear Mr. Mishra,
Request your intervention.
Dear GOA,
Request
your help. If the structural defect is not rectified immediately, it's
going to be a major problem for all top floor residents.
Thanks
Priyanka Ghosh
